Practicing Yoga and meditation makes us physically as well as mentally fit and healthy. And if we are not used to this practice then there might not be another better day to start than on International Yoga Day. Meditation helps in control in your mind and when you have absolute control you will know the reality of life, your spiritual identity, and self-realization. With the regular practice of yoga and meditation as instructed by a yoga instructor, you will certainly gain a whole lot of positive energy in your life.

So why not embarking on the yoga classes from the place of their origin? The effect of yoga will be even more while practicing on the land of the Himalayas. We, Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours are pioneers in organizing specific yoga-oriented tours in Nepal.
